Our Services

Investing in your birth and postpartum season is an important decision. With or without a doula, you deserve a safe and calm birthing experience. We will always start with a free discovery call to ensure we are a good match.

    • Up to 2 prenatal visits to discuss comfort measures, birthing preferences, answer questions, and ensure a trusting relationship between us

    • Availability via phone, text, or email from the moment you book to answer any questions, talk through fears, or provide resources

    • On-call from 37 weeks

    • Full attendance at birth, providing access to comfort measure tools, helping you advocate for your birth preferences, and celebrating the amazing life transition you are making!

    • Up to 2 postpartum visits to provide newborn care support, empower you for a smooth transition, and provide any necessary referrals to outside resources

  • This option is ideal for families who want personalized support but may not have access to in-person services, want a doula but may be moving a lot throughout pregnancy and birth, or want a lower cost option.

    What’s Included:

    • Two prenatal video visits (birth preferences, comfort techniques, partner prep)

    • Unlimited text/email support during pregnancy

    • On-call support starting at 37 weeks

    • Continuous phone/video support during labor

    • One postpartum virtual visit (feeding support, processing your birth, recovery check-in)

    • Referrals to local and national resources as needed

  • As a postpartum doula, we will provide calm, compassionate support during the tender weeks after birth, helping families adjust with confidence.

Services included are based on individual needs of each family. This may look like 2-5 postpartum visits to assist with needs of attending to a newborn. Please reach out so we can discuss your families needs.
